We've used Optimum before and were impressed with their work, so we had them back to do more.  They showed up right on time.  We showed them what we wanted done and Mike explained the differences in the types of carpet we have and the best way to clean them.  What I liked about Optimum is that they took the time to put booties on each and every time they came into the house, sealed off the doorway so little air could come in since they had to run the hose through the front door, and placed protectors on each of the corners so the ribbed hose wouldn't take the paint off of the corners.  They put some extra time into a stained area and got the area totally clean.  They worked quickly and cleaned up prior to leaving. -Lou G.

Optimum gave a little more life to a light colored 17 year old carpet. They arrived as scheduled, measured the area to be cleaned and quoted a price that was in the ball park of the other two services I called. Due to the heavily soiled carpet they recommended against a protectect or disinfect additional service and suggested an additional rinse, which I agreed upon. Stains were removed that I had tried to remove with my own machine, which in no way compared to truck mounted machine they used. Should've had them do the job earlier. -Lawrence L.

Michael came out the next day which was awesome.  He then took his time and cleaned all the carpets with extraordinary detail.  I literally could not believe the difference in the carpets.  The carpets at the apartment didn't even look very dirty, but you could clearly see the difference as he cleaned them and when he was done they looked brand new!  Even better, he was able to not only clean the carpeting in my basement, but was able to remove a large pet stain from a year ago and several other stains.  I just told him to do his best with the pet stain, but he got it entirely out.  I was almost considering putting new carpet in the basement, but after he was finished they looked brand new.  His price was very comparable to everyone else I called, but I can't imagine the quality being any better.  I will be recommending this company to family and friends.  Well worth the money! -Kevin C.

Very professional.  Explained in detail over the phone and gave an estimate.  When they came in, they first measured the space to ensure estimate was correct (it was).  They explained different processes and while explained various upcharges, I didn't feel pressured to do them.  It was a great company to work with and I'd use them again. -Melissa M.

Hot water deep cleaning of 2 rooms of wall-to-wall carpeting and 4 area Oriental rugs. 2 men arrived promptly and performed the service in a very professional manner. This company was also highly recommended by a local carpet dealer. Additionally, our carpets were disinfected for pet odors. The whole process, including drying was about 1/2 day. Very punctual, very thorough, extremely happy with the results. While Optimum likely won't be the cheapest carpet cleaner you will find, in my experience they are by far the best. Light carpet in the basement had multiple stains from a leak, from spills, from pets, and when they were done the carpets look fabulous. A few spots were beyond total removal but the carpets haven't looked this good in years. I would highly recommend Optimum if you are looking for high quality results. -J k.

I contacted the owner thru the contact form on the website and he responded to me at the number I provided within 24 hours. We arranged for the service to be performed at my home at 1:00 pm they arrived a little early which was great and proceeded to complete the work professionally. I was not home at the time so the work was supervised by my mother in law. Clearly they passed the in law test because she couldn’t stop complimenting them to me even several days later. Compared to the usual national franchise i used in the past they where competitively priced and the professionalism much better. Definitely use them if you have the chance. -Charles B.

They called ahead and were an hour earlier, which was perfect for me. Father and son team are very professional, upfront, and did a very thorough job. They have a minimum of $125, which is understandable. They gave me very good tips on keeping the carpet clean, and which carpet to purchase if replacing the old one. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing one room or an entire house. -Joseph F.
